Preventing the Fall
Therapists from Crescent City Physical Therapy will demonstrate four tests that can be used to determine who is at risk for fall-related injuries. Volunteers will be sought from the audience.

2 p.m.
Dance for the Heart
Franco's Athletic Club will demonstrate 'Yoga Motion,' a combination of yoga and rhythmic dance that provides a complete cardio workout.

3 p.m.
Healthy Grain Cooking
A Whole Foods Market chef will show you how to prepare pilaf with Quinoa, an ancient super grain and complete protein cultivated by the Incas.

4 p.m.
Martial Arts
Children and adults from the Korean Martial Arts Center will show basic martial arts and self-defense techniques, with some audience participation.
