Born just a few blocks away from the offices of CUE magazine, Romney Caruso has been shooting in New Orleans and throughout the United States for more than 20 years and is now expanding to Central America. Much of the work he does through Romney Photography has centered on the music and fashion worlds, and his photos have appeared in various publications including Women's Wear Daily and The Wall Street Journal.
Bryce Lankard
After eight years in New York City and several brushes with the big time — with photos published in Rolling Stone, Forbes, Time, Newsweek and The New York Times Magazine — photographer Bryce Lankard returned to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He is co-founder of the New Orleans Photo Alliance, a nonprofit photographic arts organization for which he recently curated an exhibition titled Moments in Time.
Eugenia Uhl
Known for her commercial photography featuring food, products and architectural interiors, Eugenia Uhl is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. Her work has appeared in Southern Accents, Travel and Leisure and Vegetarian Times magazines, among others. In addition to local gallery exhibits of her portraits and small-object still-life series, her most recent work as a fine art photographer combines photography and calligraphy arts.
