The fifth edition of Tulane University's yearly eat-and-greet, Crawfest 2011 encompasses two quads (Lavin-Bernick Center and Newcomb College) and nets a cornucopia of Louisiana art, from crafts (Miss Malaprop, NOLA Couture) to music (101 Runners, Anders Osborne, Empress Hotel, Big History, Givers) to edibles (Boucherie, La Divina Gelateria, 8 tons of mudbugs).
