Three months from the close of 2009, Dan Deacon's March mindblower Bromst (Carpark) still rules the electronica roost. His April show in New Orleans, featuring a 15-piece digital symphony at Tulane's Freeman Auditorium, felt like a symposium on body-flailing as taught by a red-goggled Timothy Leary.
