New York-based director Joan Evans brings her multimedia production to New Orleans for performances incorporating local talents including dancer Chard Gonzalez, spoken-word artist Chuck Perkins and others. Inspired by the photos of Dorothea Lange, it explores how families survived the Depression of the 1930s. Chuck Perkins performs with the Voices of the Big Easy at 11:30 p.m. Thursday's performance is a patron preview. Tickets $20 general admission, $250 per couple for patron preview.
