The five-course meal includes barbecue shrimp salad with Freemason Golden Ale; cured venison carpaccio with Lil Smack IPA; Crawtator-crusted drum with smoked-shallot aioli and Surfside Pineapple Wheat; bourbon-braised beef cheeks with Nervous Waters Barrel Aged; and blood orange caramelized honey pie with Imperial Brown Vanilla.
