Representatives from Bordeaux vintners including Chateau Lynch-Bages, Chateau Langoa & Leoville Barton, Chateau Figeac and Chateau La Conseillante host a tasting of recent vintages. After the tasting, the meal includes wine pairings with passed hors d'oeuvres, sassafras-glazed duckling confit, lamb leg or beef short ribs and olive oil and cornmeal cake. The five-course meal includes barbecue shrimp salad with Freemason Golden Ale; cured venison carpaccio with Lil Smack IPA; Crawtator-crusted drum with smoked-shallot aioli and Surfside Pineapple Wheat; bourbon-braised beef cheeks with Nervous Waters Barrel Aged; and blood orange caramelized honey pie with Imperial Brown Vanilla. The meal costs $75.
