The cooking class and dinner features grilled whole fish with fennel and lemon; pasta in green pea sauce with feta, pecan and basil; roasted leg of lamb; tortilla Espanola; and black bean brownie and banana ice cream sandwiches. Attendees may bring their own alcohol. Tickets $65, $120 for couples.
