Chefs Donald Link and Rebecca Wilcomb prepare a five-course dinner served with wines by German vintner Weingut Karthauserhof. The meal includes scallion dumplings in shrimp broth, boiled beef belly with anchovy, bok choy and chilies, grilled cobia with plum glaze, pork belly with mustard seed vinaigrette and vanilla ice cream with fruit compote. The dinner costs $135 including tax and tip.

Distiller Bruce Russell attends a dinner featuring whiskies from Wild Turkey's Russell Reserve line of spirits. The dinner costs $110, which includes tax, tip and a bottle of 10-year-aged Russell's Reserve.
