There's music, dancing, gumbo, stuffed mirlitons, raw and char-grilled oysters, po-boys, seafood, barbecue, cooking demonstrations, crafts and exhibits. There's also a fais do do and a jambalaya cook-off to benefit United Way. The festival is presented by Southern Food and Beverage Museum (SoFAB) and The Meraux Foundation. Admission $10.

Bitters with Scot Mattox

Scot Mattox, creator of El Guapo Bitters, hosts a workshop on making and using bitters. Participants will make their own bottles of bitters to take home. Appetizers will be served.
