Huevos (4408 Banks St., 482-6264) now serves breakfast and lunch with a special emphasis on Mexican dishes and sausages made by co-owner Bart Bell. He and business partner Jeff Baron are building a pizza shop next door to be called Crescent Pie and Sausage. As construction continues, they dish up huevos rancheros, tamales and egg and chaurice burritos Thursday to Tuesday.
Super Bowl predictions will be the hot topic Wednesday when Ralph's on the Park (900 City Park Ave., 488-1000; www.ralphsonthepark.com) hosts a "Taste of the NFL" event to benefit hunger-relief agencies. The four-course, wine-paired meal begins with hors d'oeuvres at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $85 per person and each two-person reservation gets a copy of the NBC Sunday Night Football Cookbook.
