— Michael Jacobson, director of the Center for Science in the Public Interest, quoted in a recent Reuters story about a class-action lawsuit his nutrition advocacy group proposed against McDonald's. The group accused the fast food giant of unfairly using toys in its Happy Meals to lure children into its restaurants. A California judge dismissed the suit earlier this month.
