New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal St., (504) 553-5555; Gulf shrimp are served with Abita Amber barbecue butter sauce over Cajun cheddar cheese grits topped with bacon, Parmesan, heirloom cherry tomatoes and minced herbs. Gulf fish tacos feature Cajun-spiced, pan-seared fish topped with spicy cabbage slaw, poblano-lime crema, queso fresco and house-made roasted salsa in grilled flour tortillas. Reservations accepted. Srirachos baked potato tots are topped with chicken, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, cilantro and come with a side of Sriracha ranch sauce.
