Gridiron Gamble
Global Green USA and the Hoosier Environmental Council in Indianapolis, Ind., held a wager during the Super Bowl — after donating $10 via text message to support Green Rebuilding, one lucky contributor would win a trip to stay in an energy efficient house in the opposing team's city. Indianans can expect to see some black and gold in Manning territory soon. The winning contestant receives a weekend stay in a house with geothermal heating, bamboo carpets and granite countertops. The winner can sustain a post-Super Bowl buzz with a free tour of the wineries surrounding Indianapolis. A meal at the renowned R Bar restaurant also is included. — Meginley
