Hearing Loss Presentation
Audiologist Daniel P. Bode presents "The Causes and Effects of Hearing Loss" at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, at the St. Tammany Parish Library's Covington Branch (310 W. 21st Ave., Covington, 985-893-6280; www.sttammany.lib.la.us). The talk is free and open to adults, but registration is required.
Bode, founder and president of Associated Hearing Inc., specializes in adult and pediatric audiology, hearing aid fittings and forensic audiology. During the talk, he will discuss hearing loss related to chemotherapy treatments, stroke, noise exposure and tinnitus. — Kandace Power Graves
