Hogs For The Cause
Amateur cooks, restaurant chefs, and BBQ Masters will all be competing for the title of the 2011 Hogs For The Cause Grand Champion. More than 45 teams will supply samples of their fare to event attendees and whichever team fills their piggy bank with the most donations, wins.
Hogs For The Cause will also be a day of great music, beer, food trucks and an easy way to help an amazing cause.
Musical acts include, Amanda Shaw and the Cute Guys, Soul Rebels Brass Band, Anders Osborne, The Radiators and more.
The purpose of Hogs For The Cause is to provide financial aid and relief for families with children being treated for pediatric brain cancer.
