King Khan's last packed-house gig at the Spellcaster (with BBQ) started after 2 a.m. and neared triple-digit temperatures — in November. The Montreal garage-rock tempest was arrested the following week in Christian County, Ky., allegedly for possession of psilocybin mushrooms. If his lawyer is any good, charges would be dismissed outright as a work-related hazard. The Fresh and Onlys open.
