Born in East L.A., Chicano rockers Los Lobos have, over four decades, inhabited The Neighborhood and the Fillmore, ghost towns, Disney worlds and urban cities. The band's 15th studio album, Tin Can Trust (Shout!), arrived in 2010. Papa Mali opens at Tipitina's.
