Mardi Gras parades
The New Orleans’ official parade season kicks off Friday with the krewes of Oshun and Cleopatra on the Uptown route. The Super Bowl pushed the first weekend up, which has mostly affected Orleans parades, but Thor marches in Metairie and Adonis rolls on the West Bank. Fri.-Sun. Jan 25-27
