Meson 923
The upscale restaurant Meson 923 (923 S. Peters St., 523-9200; www.meson923.com) has opened in a newly renovated historic space in the Warehouse District. The chef is Chris Lynch, who was chef du cuisine at Emeril's Restaurant until 2007. The restaurant's name is Spanish for "inn," and its menu takes strong cues from Spanish cooking and the tapas format without sticking strictly to Spanish cuisine.
