Elvis lives — Levi "Ha Haziz" Elvis, that is, aka Ami Shalev, leader of deranged Tel Aviv garage rockers Monotonix. Supposedly the band has been banned from half the venues in its hometown, and a quick surf of the borderline-criminal concert videos on its MySpace site explains why.
