Blackened redfish is served with house-made tomato jam, braised fennel, peppers, onions and basil vinaigrette. Three wood-grilled tournedos of beef are topped with choron, au poivre and chasseur sauces and served with smoked blue cheese mashed potatoes. Reservations recommended.
