New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival 2008 

The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell has announced the 2008 line-up. Some of the headliners in the ever more diverse range of artists includes Stevie Wonder, Robert Plant, Al Green, Santana, Billy Joel, Sheryl Crow, Tim McGraw, Diana Krall and the return of the Neville Brothers. They join hundreds of Louisiana musicians in genres from jazz, blues and rock to gospel, hip-hop and country. There are also visiting international acts from Europe and Africa. The festival (April 25-27, May 1-4) has also returned to its seven-day schedule by reinstituting Thursday's slate of shows to the second weekend at the Fair Grounds Race Course. The festival has also added a set of VIP packages with perks like parking included.
