New Orleans Named BikeTown USA City
Bicycling magazine named New Orleans one of its BikeTown USA cities, bringing 30 bikes to City Park earlier this month to give to local cyclists. Since 2003, Bicycling's BikeTown USA has given away 3,000 bikes across the United States. The program follows each recipient's progress for three months and highlights their results in a magazine feature. — Alex Woodward
