Anyone unimpressed with President George W. Bush's self-congratulatory assessment of his handling of Hurricane Katrina may want to kiss his administration good-bye at the Regime Change party at the Big Top Gallery (1638 Clio St., 569-2700; at 8 p.m. Tue., January 20. He now says he didn't land Air Force One because he didn't want to slow down the rescues. Take a swing at a low-flying Bush piñata, listen to Big Blue Marble, the Fens and Complicated Math Problems, enjoy cupcakes and booze, and hope change has finally come to Washington.
