Bobby Jindal's frequent out-of-state travels to raise money for other GOP politicos. Stonecipher, a withering critic of Jindal, told the Baton Rouge Press Club he believes Jindal only sees the governor's office as a steppingstone, saying, "He just wanted to skip over the good-governor part."
