RioMar serves tapas and Latin American dishes. Pan-roasted Louisiana black drum is served with fried eggplant, green beans, almonds and cumin-honey vinaigrette. Sauteed trout is served on a bed of smoked mushrooms, crawfish tails, roasted eggplant, onions and serrano ham in cream sauce. Reservations accepted. Lunch Mon.-Fri., dinner Mon.-Sat.
