The 1970s morning-radio DJ known as "Scoot" returns to town this week with a public-access TV special. The native New Orleanian and "Rod Stewart lookalike" (so says his press kit) will return to the airwaves June 11 at midnight on Cox channel 4 and Charter channel 12 with "a lively look at topical discussions" and special guests the Topcats.
