Get some real bargains — and help urban wildlife — during an Earth Day Dollar Day Sale at Buffalo Exchange (3312 Magazine St., 891-7443; www.buffaloexchange.com) on Saturday, April 22. All proceeds from the store's Dollar Day sale benefit Wild Neighbors, the urban wildlife program of the HumanE Society of the United States, the largest animal protection agency in the country. The store also is collecting real or faux fur apparel through April 22 to be donated to the Humane Society for use as bedding for orphaned or injured wildlife. Condition of the fur isn't important since it won't be purchased by Buffalo Exchange or resold.
