Dillard's has reopened at Oakwood Shopping Center (197 Westbank Expwy., Gretna, 362-4800) last week and was completely renovated following a fire and damage received following Hurricane Katrina. Dunbar's Creole Cooking, which closed its Freret Street location because of hurricane damage, has reopened at Loyola University's Broadway Activities Center (501 Pine St., 861-5451). The beloved eatery will serve take-out breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday (the weekend day is open on a trial basis to determine demand). Menu items include breakfast specials, gumbo, red beans and rice, po-boys, fried chicken and more.
