New location! The Mid-City Art Market (www.midcityartmarket.org) will be held at Palmer Park (Carrollton and Claiborne Avenues) on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event features works by local and regional artists, a Halloween art project in the children's tent, a wine tasting by Cork & Bottle, and food by Juan's Flying Burrito and Asian Pacific.
