Wedding cakes reflect tastes for the natural and exotic

A five-tier white cake is embellished with deep red roses that match the bouquets carried by the bride and bridesmaids, an embellishment floral designer Monica Relle says is a common request for weddings these days. Flowers added by Passion Flowers (1620 Belle Chasse Hwy., Gretna, 263-2120).
