The long-haired Lee brothers and company are back, with two years' worth of crunchy, powered-up blues riffs, guitar kicks, granite beats and all-around feel-good beer-soaked mayhem saved up and spat out on the new album " 10 pounds of rock stuffed into a 5-pound sack that overflows with awesome. Like a Berlitz record on how to fluently speak rock 'n' roll, Fire for Hire " which was written following a post-Katrina tour opening for Alice Cooper " hits all the primal signifiers: booze, broads and blues in delicious, overindulgent, puke-on-yourself-and-drive-faster abundance.
