The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival concludes with four days of music, parades, food and more. Headliners include Elton John, Jerry Lee Lewis, Steve Winwood, No Doubt, Buddy Guy, Terence Blanchard, The Meters, Alison Krauss, Widespread Panic, Shooter Jennings, Kacey Musgraves, Estelle, Sturgill Simpson and many others. This year the festival honors the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts on its 40th anniversary, and the NOCCA Pavilion features exhibitions and performances by students, teachers and alumni.
