The Imagination Movers
topped the tot charts with their single 'I Want My Mommy (Time for Bed).' The New Orleans kiddy phenoms recently hit No. 1 on the national children&185;s radio network XM Kids. Attorney General Charles Foti
included dubious new questions on applications to the state Justice Department, with the new forms requiring job seekers to disclose their race, height, weight, eye color, hair color and details about 'tattoos, scars or birthmarks.' The form requires applicants to answer all questions to be considered, and the agency's 500-plus employees were told to complete it in order to reapply for their jobs.
State Treasurer John Kennedy
was in charge of a sloppily managed unclaimed-property program that could have earned the state another $37 million had it been better administered, says the state legislative auditor. Kennedy agrees with some of the audit's findings and disputes others.
