by Will CovielloFans of the Voodoo Music Experience and the Box of Wine parade will recognize New Orleans' disctinctive East German throwback biker gang/communist clown marching unit and feedback orchestra: the Noisician Coalition. They play improvised percussion instruments, modified bullhorns and distortion gizmos. And they need money for batteries. The Cacophony Ball (10 p.m. Saturday, One Eyed Jacks, 615 Toulouse St.) fundraiser features bands, DJs, a photo booth, noisy merch and more. Tickets $10.
