Dr. John and Cyril Neville will receive the Louie Award from the Louis Armstrong House Museum next month. The Queens, New York museum and former Armstrong home presents its award honoring people who have preserved and promoted Armstrong's legacy. Jerome Chazen and Robert F. Smith also will receive the honor at an event on Dec. 2.
