Tomasito's, the short-lived Mexican restaurant, has been transformed with a new chef and a new concept. It's now called Tomas Bistro

, formerly chef at Roux Orleans and Muriel's Jackson Square. Like Tomasito's, Tomas is run by Tommy Andrade
of Tommy's Cuisine
