Uglesich's, Revisited
Anthony and Gail Uglesich, proprietors of the former
Uglesich's Restaurant in Central City, will serve a selection of their
dishes at a dinner next week at the Italian Hall (712 Porter St.,
Gretna) to benefit a scholarship fund of the Italian American Society
of Jefferson. The dinner is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, with
entertainment from comedian Jodi Borrello. Tickets are $75 per person.
