The smokehouse makes its own andouille, and its andouille burger combining sausage and ground beef and roasted pecans is a house specialty. Plantation veal is dried and served over a bed of pasta topped with shrimp, artichoke and mushroom-basil cream sauce. Reservations recommended. Lunch Mon.-Fri., dinner Thu.-Fri., brunch Sun.
