Try sitting on an exercise ball at work instead of a chair and move forward or backward from the waist only. This can help keep your joints flexible and prevent them from stiffening up by sitting too long in the same position.
Another exercise can help to strengthen your upper body. Stand up, put your hands on your desk and do simulated push-ups. This helps exercise your arms and legs and also helps keep your joints limber. Start with a few at a time, then work up to a larger number that youre comfortable with. Remember, a healthy body produces a healthy mind. Stay fit at the office, and youll be on your way toward that goal.
