Wine of the Week

If you can't find this wine, go mow the lawn. Then promptly roll around in the clippings while sucking on a juicy hunk of pineapple. There you'll have it, in a non-alcoholic nutshell. A long, slow ripening season in the Marlborough region of New Zealand makes for passionate flavors in Sauvignon Blancs like this one. Do it right with a bowl of pasta, butter and freshly chopped sage, or roasted chicken stuffed with lemon and tarragon. Found at Breaux Mart, Dorignac's, Martin Wine Cellar and selected Robert's. -- Roahen
