Located midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles near Paso Robles, Fetzerçs new Central Coast winery and 600-acre ranch takes advantage of the microclimates produced by the five rivers that flow through the region, combined with the maritime influence of the Pacific, the mountain ranges and diverse soil profiles. For this initial release of the Five Rivers Pinot Noir, the wine was aged in small French oak barrels for nine months. A great accompaniment to grilled chicken, tuna or salmon, roast duck and leg of lamb.
