If you can only select one wine for Thanksgiving dinner, make it Beaujolais Nouveau. Fermented in whole clusters, this well-made, quaffable young wine shows raspberry and red berry aromas followed by refreshing, juicy red fruit on the palate. An excellent vintage. Great with turkey and all the trimmings.
