Wine of the Week 

Produced in southern Italy's Campania wine region not far from Naples, this medium-bodied wine is made from 100 percent Falanghina grapes sourced from hillside vineyards. Hand-harvested, only the free, first run juice from the softly pressed bunches is selected for cold-fermentation in stainless steel to retain the freshness and lovely flowery scent. Straw-colored, the wine's floral, citrus, melon, tropical fruit and almond aromas are followed by kiwi, tart apple and lime flavors on the palate with mineral undertones, a pleasing crispness, some welcome complexity and a clean, acid-balanced finish. Serve chilled. A fine accompaniment to antipasto, shellfish, pasta, risotto, sushi and sashimi. Where to buy it: Cork & Bottle, Elio's Wine Warehouse and Acquistapace's Covington Market.
