Of course this will be little consolation to Saints fans, but Monday night's game was hands down one of the top-five most entertaining sporting events I've ever been to. Not  just because that game was straight bananas (and when's the last time you saw a straight banana?) but because my photographer and I spent our pre-game time hanging out with Saints fans that were tailgating on the top of the Superdome parking lot.

I was completely taken aback by the shear number of fans that decided to put on their best garb for the Monday Night Football cameras. There was full body paint, elaborate cowboy costumes, designer "Who Dat?" shoes and even a good contingent of Vikings' fans that were repping their team. All of whom were captured on film by my photographer, Jonathan Bachman.

So what does Jonathan get for all his trouble and great work in the parking lot before the game and on the sidelines during? Well, he gets to get chewed out by an ESPN personality, ofcourse. Namely, Stuart Scott. Jonathan, a good friend who loves doing this work and I love working with, related me this story that about his encounter with Scott on the sidelines. I told him to relate it to the good folks at Deadspin. Cause, you know, it would be unproffesional for me to talk about it here.

That leaves me to tell you the story of one Chef Who Dat and his famous menus. It's a great story full of playfulness and mirth and the video will be coming soon to a Gambit blog near you.
