If you're not yet feeling the Christmas spirit (but want to), then walk through the French Quarter Tuesday (Dec. 14) to see how hotels, other businesses and residences have decked their halls, doors, storefronts and balconies for the holidays in a contest held by the French Quarter Patio Planters. Decorations will be completed by Tuesday, when the Patio Planters judge them in five categories: commercial, balcony, door or window, hotel and best overall. Stroll through the Quarter, select your favorites and see if the judges agree with you when they announce the winners at caroling in Jackson Square at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 19.

Let us know your favorites.
