Arcade Fire's Win Butler, as DJ Windows 98, hosts a benefit for Haitian relief and Voice of the Ex-Offender, the New Orleans-based organization promoting civic engagement for formerly incarcerated people and their families.

The event — part of a series of fundraising performances dubbed Naive Melody — begins 8 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at Club Caribbean (2441 Bayou Road). It's the first Naive Melody in the U.S. Tickets are $12.

Also performing are guitarist Steve Mackey, percussionist Luke Quaranta and genre-spanning Congolese artist Pierre Kwenders with DJ Selecta P with dancer Andrea Peoples.

The event also benefits KANPE.org (co-founded by the band's Regine Chassagne, whose family is from Haiti), which works with other organizations to support Haiti's most vulnerable communities. The band has raised millions for Haitian relief, which earned them the Juno Awards' 2016 Allan Waters Humanitarian Award.
