I loved the turkey poulette that Greg cooked last Friday at Redemption. I can't wait to get back to New Orleans for more. I understand that Greg's visit to Sacred Heart Academy this past Monday was a huge hit with the students and faculty there. Marea and Tommy Delaune were also warmly received as they told of their experience during and after Katrina as they fought to rebuild their seafood business and restaurants. Great job everyone, including teacher, Bert Deffes, who arranged for the visitors from Redemption.
