Something I would like to add is that green leafy vegetables, for example spinach are a super fat burner. They are considered "negative calorie" foods, so if you consume 100 calories of spinach your body may use up 200 calories trying to process spinach. This has been a secret food of mine and something I consume regularly as part of my diet. Great article, didn't know that about the water but will be trying it.
