Nitro, did you know that Armstrong International Airport is owned by the City of New Orleans? Yep, land, buildings, everything. The Lakefront Airport is pretty nice, though.
The smoking ban had nothing to do with Olivier's closing. I am surprised it was there so long.

The Dept of Wildlife and Fisheries list the non-resident fees as $60 for the basic license plus $30 for saltwater. A one day license is $5 and $17.50.
Residents are charged $9.50 for the basic and $13.00 more for saltwater.
